Color Finesse 2.1.8/2.1.9 on Macintosh Crashes When Launching Full UI

Platforms/Versions Color Finesse 2.1.8 and 2.1.9 on Macintosh using AJA video output. Problem When the Color Finesse plug-in is in use and the Full UI button is clicked, a crash of the Color Finesse application occurs if a AJA video card has been selected as an external preview device. This problem is caused by an incompatibility between Color Finesse versions 2.1.8 and 2.1.9 and AJA Kona, Io, and IoHD drivers. Solution This problem has been resolved in Color Finesse 2.1.10. If you are unable to use the updated version of Color Finesse, you may "downgrade" to version 2.1.7 which did not exhibit this problem. Related Documents
